Having trouble signing in, or need to update your Parent account details? Email us at [email protected] and include the email address associated with your account.

Pairing a Child's Device

In the Parent app, open Children → [child's name] → Pair device to get a 6-digit code. On the child's device, open OctoLearn and enter it. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

Delete Your Account

To permanently delete your Parent account and all child profiles, follow the step-by-step guide: How to Delete Your Account. If you can't delete through the app, contact [email protected] and we will process the request manually.
