How to Delete Your Account
Deleting your OctoLearn account is permanent. Once confirmed, your account, every child profile you created, and all personal data are removed and cannot be recovered.

Steps to Delete Your Account
1. Open the Parent dashboard
Sign in to the OctoLearn Parent app on your phone, tablet, or at https://kids.aiwize.com/app/.
2. Open Settings
In the sidebar, tap your profile and then tap Settings.
3. Tap “Delete Account”
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to verify your intent. Enter the one-time code we email to your registered address, then tap Delete Account to confirm, or Cancel to go back.
What Happens After Deletion
- You are signed out immediately and returned to the welcome screen.
- Every child profile you created is deleted, along with its activity, AI tutor conversations, and weekly summaries.
- All paired child devices lose access to OctoLearn within a few minutes.
- All personal data — Parent email, child profiles, browsing history, AI conversations, notifications, and account preferences — is permanently removed from our production systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
- Any active subscription billed by OctoLearn is canceled automatically. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately in those stores.
- This action cannot be undone.
Data Retention
In some cases, certain data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations (for example, invoices and tax records are retained for up to 7 years in the U.S.), resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Delete a Single Child Profile
If you only want to remove one child and keep your Parent account, go to Children → [child’s name] → Delete profile. Only that child’s data will be erased. All other profiles and your Parent account stay active.
Having Trouble?
If the deletion fails, check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists or you cannot delete your account through the app, contact us directly and we will process the request manually:

Please send the email from the address on file for your Parent account so we can verify the request. We respond within one business day and confirm once your account and data have been removed.
